The World Interchange Network (WIN)
The World Interchange Network (WIN) was created in 1995 with the aim of connecting people with questions about road technologies and road transport with experts who can provide the information needed.
The WIN is not intended as a source of free engineering services, but rather as a means of transferring readily available knowledge between countries.
The WIN is made up of relays (usually one per country). They are the organizations to which you can send your request for information.
